We are homeowners in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia who believe that there are thousands of buyers and sellers in the D.C. Metro area (D.C., Northern Virginia, Maryland) who are willing and able
to manage their own real estate transactions and who want to keep their home equity in their own pockets.
We’re not real estate agents or attorneys nor do we have any affiliation with real estate companies.
Our goal is to provide a forum and exchange of information for sellers to advertise their home and buyers to view a comprehensive list of FSBO homes in the D.C. Metro area and easily contact the seller.
While we don't participate in the actual real estate transaction, we do provide you many of the tools and resources you will need.
